Project Management
Construction projects have become increasingly complex and project management has developed over the recent years to achieve clarity throughout the process. Never taking our eye off the end result, working closely with all team members and our attention to detail ensures a smooth running project. Of course construction projects are full of surprises but using our experience we identify the potential problems early on and manage a change process to eliminate the risks.
We are very hands on and our philosophy that a well run and managed project saves the client money, time and ultimately grief has proved itself time and time sagain.

Review of clients requirements and production of brief.
Consultant procurement – designers, architects, structural engineers, acoustic engineers, party wall surveyors, planning consultants, commercial and property acquisition consultants approved building control agents etc.
Programme production – a true and honest time line programme realistically reflecting clients and project requirements is implemented throughout the project.
Management of design process and ensuring co-operation between all parties.
Procurement of client directs – furniture, audio visual, passenger lifts, security systems – anything that needs procuring early or is more suited to being outside of the contractors remit.
Contractor selection – we work with a number of contractors particularly suited for each project be it residential, new build, retail or commercial.
Management of the construction process – we chair site meetings, meet regularly with main contractors and relevant sub-contractors, procurement review and ensure everyone is doing what they should be – including the client.
Handover procedure – a job that has gone smoothly can be spoilt by a poorly managed handover. We make sure that everything is completed, commissioned and tested ready for a seamless occupation.
Property management – we set up maintenance contracts and programmes and deal with any post contract works. We do not disappear at the end of a project.
